“When I first heard about Homestead  I thought it was too good to be true.  I thought there’s always a catch with things like this, but here we are in our new home and we haven’t found it yet,” says Phillip.  “We only put $500 down initially and kept wondering when we’d have to pay more, but we never did.  We should end up with over $70,000 in equity.”

“I initially wondered when the trailer shows up with all this stuff if it’s going to be the high quality materials that they talked about at the seminar.  It was.  I was impressed by the high quality cabinets and windows.  Anyone who has done any work on our home has been amazed at the quality of the materials and the quality of our home.  I personally believe that our home is better than if it had been built stick by stick on site,” concludes Phillip.
