I was pretty skeptical because it didn’t sound real.  After I called them, went to a couple seminars and checked with some people, it all seemed to mesh together.  I decided to just go for it and I’m very happy I did,” Mark says.  “I only put $200 down for the application plus another $500 earnest deposit on the land.  When I’m finished with my home, I should have close to $200,000 in equity.”
